White House was terrorists' intended

Very lucky. Not for them, ( the passengers and crew ) of course.
When I heard on the news that the Pentagon was hit, I spent a frantic 2 hours trying to reach my brother, who passes through on his way to work. Very scary. Of course, my other worry was the CDC here in Atlanta.

I cannot imagine being one of the people on the highway that circles the pentagon that morning. I drove by a couple weeks later, and there was a gapping hole the size of your average office building. Imagine watching that plane come down at hundreds of miles an hour and plow into the ground next to the Wall.
