Walked into TMobile location to ask for a small change on my account. Given recent miserable experiences with them, I assumed the worst, and planned on heading to Verizon afterward to switch providers. I walked out of there with more services than I started with, paying less than I started with. No shilling for TMobile — just saying that Stephanie B at 15th&H was awesome.
